This jig provides the only sure way of cutting perfect circles with less hassle than any other method. Homemade circle jigs provide adjustment of the circle diameter only. They also fail to provide a means to feed the work into the blade for the starting cut so the work must be rough cut very close to the finished size. It is like having to make the cut twice. This jig cuts circles from 2" to 24" in diameter and fits on any bandsaw with a 3/8" by 3/4" miter slot. It even lets you tilt the table to cut circles with a beveled edge. The Circle Jig includes all hardware and plan (excluding the board). |
